   When #5095 changed from using `golang` Docker hub images to `debian` and `alpine` ones, some Dockerfiles added a `GOPATH` environment variable but did not append `${GOPATH}/bin` to the `PATH` environment variable.
   
   As a result, #5095 would break any CI process that uses one of those Dockerfiles and relies on `${GOPATH}/bin` being in the path. This PR adds it to the `PATH` for those Dockerfiles.

   2. Build the image
   3. Try to run a binary that should be in the PATH

       ```
