[Issue 126775] New: Copy / Paste malfunction

https://bz.apache.org/ooo/show_bug.cgi?id=126775

          Issue ID: 126775
        Issue Type: DEFECT
           Summary: Copy / Paste malfunction
           Product: Calc
           Version: 4.1.2
          Hardware: PC
                OS: Windows 10
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: Critical
          Priority: P5 (lowest)
         Component: editing
          Assignee: issues@openoffice.apache.org
          Reporter: aronssonmalte@gmail.com

When I copy text in Calc it works fine to paste it to any other application,
for instance, to NotePad.

But if I copy text from NotePad (or from a website in Chrome), this doesn't
work anyomore. Instead the last copied text done before this actual copying
will be pasted. Feels like this is a caché thing?

The bug won't be solved by deleting and reinstalling OO. Neither it will be
solved by restarting the computer.

So how do I solve this bug? Anyone? Or is there a way to get around it, a way
to force cleaning of the caché after ctrl+v is clicked?

This is a MAJOR issue with UTMOST URGENCY since this feature (click/paste) is a
major utility, that must work at ALL TIMES.

Would be most grateful to hear from anyone who have came across this bug and
possibly have a tip on how to "kill that bug".

I have unistalled OO and reinstalled it, but the bug persists.

Duplicating an existing report from the same reporter is not constructive.
Please don't fork your own report.

Also, this is an international volunteer project. Patience is required to
obtain the attention of others. As you can see, there are many issues that
claim the attention of folks for contribution and analysis. Then finding
resolutions requires far more specialized activity.

At last:
I found the solution:
I checked what software that had been added to the computer (updates, etc..)
and found a Java update.
I uninstalled that update, (but it looks like I uninstalled not only the update
but the whole softeware) :-). After this, it seems the copy/past functins
again.

Please keep this issue open for a while ... in case the bug will come back
...
