   ## Context
   
   `S3ExpressSessionConfig::new` required callers with a complete directory bucket name and Region to duplicate reqsign's Zone ID and partition resolution before they could obtain the Zonal endpoint.
   
   This adds `S3ExpressSessionConfig::from_bucket`, which validates the complete directory bucket name, extracts and binds its Zone ID, derives the supported partition from the explicit Region, and constructs the existing AWS or AWS China endpoint. The compatibility provider now uses the same resolver, while the explicit constructor remains available and behavior-compatible.
   
   Live AWS acceptance remains unrun because the gated S3 Express bucket environment is not configured locally; deterministic endpoint, validation, redaction, and pre-I/O coverage is included.
