Blead is effectively in a pre-release candidate state right now. It will likely

Please look at the referenced Perl core bug. It was resolved in regards to the
SA issue 2 days after this was opened and the underlying reckless change was
backed out in February by its author.

In the absence of a detailed report and with a description citing a non-current
non-release 'bleadperl' version, this is not really an actionable bug.
Also: referenced Perl core bug includes a claim of an apparent fix for the SA
case by the instigator of that bug:
