--- Comment #2 from openoffice@himelfamily.com ---
The 3 important cells are on the Prediction tab and are highlighted in red.
Note that cells Q3 and Q7 have identical formulas.
Make sure that automatic recalculation is on.
Change the value of cell B7 from 4.0 to another value, e.g. 5.0
Note the value of Cell Q7 changes to 6.4 but the value of cell Q3 remains
unchanged with a value of 5.6. This is the symptom of the bug.
Force all cells to recalculate by typing ctrl-alt-F9.
Note that cell Q3 now gets updated to 6.4.
That is the problem in a nutshell. Cell Q3 does not automatically get
recalculated.
Other information about the problem.
If you hit ctrl-z (undo) after forcing the recalculation, cell Q7 will not be
recalculated.
If you clear the formula from cell Q3, then Cell Q7 will no longer update when
cell B7 is changed.
Note that changing cell B3 changes the table used in the vlookup's in cells Q3
and Q7. I suspect this is related to the problem but have no strong evidence of
that.
