distribution/pom.xml looks ugly as maven does not support profile activation by logical ORing specific property's precence/absence or I could not figure it out. This is how it looks like. Build time comes down to 2-3 mins from 7-8 mins.

{code}mvn clean install -DskipJdbcAll -DskipContrib -DskipInterpreter -DskipTests{code}
