Commons Crypto AArch64 support

Hi Team,

Currently, Commons Crypto 1.0.0 jar available in the Maven repository does
not have AArch64 support. Can you please release the jar for Commons Crypto
1.1.0 with AArch64 support? I have done cross/native compilation and tested
the artifacts as well. If required I can help you with the same. Can you
please share your opinion on adding AArch64 support and open to accept the
changes?

If you look through the mailing list for May 2020 you can see the 
Commons Crypto guys are asking for help to get it released.
