PHP Demo Portlet

Hi all... i'm using Jetspeed version 2.0 and  Tomcat 5.0.28;
The PHP demo Portlet  visualizes the following error:
/Portlet is Not Available: php-demo
Reason: no php4 in java.library.path /

I have added  /php4ts.dll/ and/ phpsrvlt.dll/ in /%JAVA_HOME%\lib/ but 
visualizing the same error...
Someone can help me!!!
