When starting ActiveMQ it would be nice if we log the location of the web console, as people may not be aware its provided out of the box.

We now log like this:
 INFO | ActiveMQ WebConsole available at http://localhost:8161/

The port number can be changed in the jetty.xml file and the log will use that port number.
