Hi All.

I've just created MRELEASE-747 (Heh, jazz being like a Jumbo...) to get the
release manager to support Jazz.

I'll be creating the corresponding SCM issue shortly.

I've just got to add some additional documentation in as how how the remote
workspace repositories need to be set up to work with the release
manager/plugin and my scm provider.

The Jazz SCM plugin requires SCM translation of the URL's in the POM.
This patch addresses that.

Note. This issue will ultimately depend on mavn-scm 1.7 being released, as
that version will include the maven-scm-providers-jazz module.
