When using Save As. The dialogue box opens but when I try to change the File
Name it immediately saves the item and what I had typed into the File Name box
was also typed into my document.

Don't reproduce with 4.1.1 and Win7 x64 Pro
This problem occurs in other apps like Calc or Draw?

I attempted to reproduce this bug using the 4.0.1 version of Open Office and
Windows 7 with the Writer app, using the following steps:
1. Open a previously saved Writer document
2. Add additional text to the Writer document
3. Click File – Save As
4. Add “BBST LESSON 2.WRITER.DOC.BUG125675.SAVE.AS” in the File Name of
the dialogue box
The ‘Save As” function behaved normally and I was not successful in recreating
the bug. The name that I typed into the File Name field did not appear in my
document itself.
When this bug was originally reported, what operating system was used, what
version of Open Office was used ? Due to the fact that it wasn’t specified in
the original report, on which Open Office app was this issue encountered
…Writer, Calc, Impress, Draw, Math ?
I also executed steps 1-4 by opening a previously saved WordDoc and
again, I could not reproduce the issue described in the original report.
