This is an umbrella ticket for those tasks related to migration from JUnit 3 to 4 which assume that all JUnit 3 related code has been already cleaned from the project in prior phase per IGNITE-10173 and IGNITE-10762.

This involves such tasks as update guidelines as suggested in comments of IGNITE-10178, study of whether to migrate to JUnit 5, removal of scaffolding annotations etc.
