[I] [Studio][Bug] Return structured errors for corrupt persisted K8s certificate records [rocketmq-dashboard]
Aias00 opened a new issue, #1414:

## Problem
When a persisted K8s certificate has an invalid `type`, `status`, or SAN JSON value, `MybatisPlusK8sCertRepository` throws `IllegalStateException`. The generic exception handler turns this into an undifferentiated internal-server-error response.
## Expected behavior
The API should return a structured persistence/configuration error that identifies the certificate field and record. It must not treat corrupt certificate data as a valid inventory record.
## Scope
- Map invalid type, status, and SAN JSON values to `BusinessException`.
- Add repository regression coverage for each corrupt field.
- Preserve valid certificate mapping.
Track 1: K8s certificate inventory.
