Spam in Ivy's Confluence Blog

Hi,

https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/pages/viewrecentblogposts.action?key=IVY
contains a spam blog post.

I don't seem to have enough karma to delete it and it seems nobody
else (currently active) in Ant-land has either.

Can we remove the blog (or grant me admin privs for the space)?  Also,
is there any recommended anti-spam strategy for our Confluence spaces?
