[RELEASE] Release 0.3.1 on github

Hi all,

I just finished the release process for Release 0.3.1.
It should be in minutes on maven central (if it’s not already) so you can start to use it.
The official announce will be send tomorrow when all mirrors synced with svn and the source release is available for download.

Thanks all for helping and participating (especially Tim and Chris!).
