Description:
Normally the 204 HTTP status code should be returned when deleting. However, when executing DELETE /kubernetesClusters/{kubernetesClusterId}/hosts/{hostId} the 200 HTTP status code is returned, which is incorrect.

1) Normally the 204 HTTP status code should be returned when deleting. However, when executing DELETE /applicationPolicies/{applicationPolicyId} the 200 HTTP status code is returned, which is incorrect.
2) The message states Autoscaling policy and [autoscale-policy] where as we are deleting an application policy.
