Problem in Downloading of tdk-2.3_01

Sir,
I am using tdk-2.3_01 for develop a LMS software.I download tdk-2.3_01
since may 2004.But some bugs there in i think these bugs removed by
you(Developer)
Please tell link for download new tdk-2.3_01.I try for download tdk-2.3_01
from http://www.apache.org/~painter/tdk-2.3_01.tar.gz but could not found
this.
