   ### Description
   
   The underlying KV’s memtable is the writing cache. When the block controller roll current block to the next, the previous one only provide querying. Its memtable could be closed for releasing memory. 
   
   The KV should provide a *idle_timeout_seconds* option to control the time. The current block’s memtable should never be closed.
