Is org.oasisopen.sca.SCARuntimeException a spec API?

Hi,

I see we have a class named org.oasisopen.sca.SCARuntimeException in sca-api 
module. Where is it from? I don't find it at OASIS spec.

If there is no objections, I'll remove it.
