should be the default in externals/cocoon_2_1_x/src/webapp/WEB-INF/log4j.xconf.
Any ideas how to change this for Lenya? xpatch does not work because of the file
using a namespace prefix (<log4j:configuration>). ATM our upload script replaces
this file during deployment.
