Works for me, kind of.
With the {{cascade="true"}} in {{enrollment.resp.choose}} the {{title}} is always {{ATTN: Missing Page Title!}} in both definitions, but when cascade is put into {{layouts.enroll.resp}} the {{title}} value is different.

Can you show how do you access attributes?

Anyway it is seems like an issue with the Tiles not S2.
