mod_rewrite 2.3.5 for Apache 1.2

Because the first Apache 1.2 beta release can be seen on the horizon, please
upgrade the currently committed source of mod_rewrite. One of you who has CVS
access should grab the mod_rewrite-2.3.5.tar.gz from
http://www.engelschall.com/sw/mod_rewrite/ and do the following:

1. Commit the upgraded source files to Apache's src/
     mod_rewrite-2.3.5/mod_rewrite.c
     mod_rewrite-2.3.5/mod_rewrite.h
2. Add the brand-new 
     mod_rewrite-2.3.5/doc/apachegroup/mod_rewrite.html
   file to the 1.2 docs which currently get created.
   This is a extract from the original documentation containing
   only the config directives and the Apache doc style.
