[PR] Enh: Maven 3 is with us [maven-resolver]
cstamas opened a new pull request, #1869:

Undeprecate things needed to use Resolver 2.x without ScopeManager.
These classes and methods were originally here, and should remain here to make Resolver 2.x Maven-3 friendly, as Maven 3 unlike Maven 4, relies on these.
