[ann] DdlUtils is finally migrated

Hi folks,

it took a few days, but now the former commons-sql now has been fully
migrated to http://db.apache.org/ddlutils. It will take me a couple of
days to update the doc and rename the packages, but then it should be
ready to be used.
In the mean time feel free to subscribe to the mailing lists:

As John McNally already stated on the PMC list, these OJB developers
already have commit rights to commons-sql:

tomdz,mkalen,thma,brj,arminw,brianm,mattbaird,rsfeir
