Added Authentication to SMTPAppender

Hi,

I have added SMTP authentication to the SMTPAppender.
To facilitate this feature;
Authentication, Port, Username, Password properties have been added.

The configuration example has been updated with the new settings;
<appender name="SmtpAppender" type="log4net.Appender.SmtpAppender">
	<to value="to@domain.com" />
	<from value="from@domain.com" />
	<subject value="test logging message" />
	<smtpHost value="SMTPServer.domain.com" />
<authentication="1" />
<username="username" />
<password="password" />
<port="1234" />
 <bufferSize value="512" />
	<lossy value="true" />
	<evaluator type="log4net.Core.LevelEvaluator">
		<threshold value="WARN"/>
	</evaluator>
	<layout type="log4net.Layout.PatternLayout">
		<conversionPattern value="%n%d [%t] %-5p %c [%x] - %m%n%n%n" />
	</layout>
</appender>

This is the first time I have contributed any code to an open source project, so, I
hope it's okay.

Thanks,

Al Little.
