    Upgrade domtrip from 1.5.1 to 1.5.2 (#12174)
    
    Fixes blank line idempotency in addBlankLineBefore/addBlankLineAfter,
    which caused duplicate blank lines on repeated mvnup runs, leading to
    Spotless formatting failures.
