Javadocs - Class-use/Package-use

All,

As many of you know, I've made extensive changes to the Javadocs over
the last couple of weeks.  I'd like to commit the updated HTML, but I'm
getting an odd problem when I build it.  Specifically, the class-use and
package-use pages are built, but they are empty.  Is anyone else
experiencing this problem with the James build, or is this a me-specific
thing?  Also, if anyone has a suggestion as to the cause, that would be
appreciated.  Thanks.
