deshanxiao opened a new pull request #24102: [SPARK-27171][SQL] Support Full-Partiton limit in the first scan
URL: https://github.com/apache/spark/pull/24102

   ## What changes were proposed in this pull request?

SparkPlan#executeTake must pick element starting with one partition. Sometimes it will be slow for some query. Although, Spark is better at batch query. It's not bad to add a switch to allow user search all partitons for the first time in limit.

   ## How was this patch tested?

   Exist tests.
