> {{FSDataOutputStream.recoverLease}} leaves the underlying {{KeyOutputStream}} / {{BlockOutputStream}} open.  Subsequent attempt to close {{FSDataOutputStream}} throws {{OMException: Failed to commit key, as ... is not found in the OpenKey table}}.  Thus {{XceiverClientRatis}} is leaked.
