[classlib] restructuring deploy dir
FYI I'm currently working with
HARMONY-469 : Refactor deploy directory layout into HDK shape
It adds a /jdk/ directory into the deploy/jre path to enable development
against an 'HDK' that has been discussed recently.
The patch touches all the modules.

This step makes 'room' for the HDK in the file hierarchy. The option to
have multiple HDKs is enabled by having this common shape so we can
logically overlay the builds against them.
