Since the last apache builds upgraded to  newestJenkins, we had issues with tomEE 8 jobs. Richard created freestyle jobs to recover the functionality the Maven jobs previously had.

We can iterate migration to Jenkins pipelines and open the traceability via git for the pipelines builds.
