The official repository is located at [https://github.com/apache/maven-wrapper]

When the project was contributed to the ASF the plugin was in a different git repository, now it's integrated in a single repository.

The repo [https://github.com/apache/maven-wrapper-plugin] should be archived and link to  the new repository or even deleted since it has no real use.
