KEYS in http://www.apache.org/dist/incubator/jena/ ...

Hi,
I am not sure you to append my key to the KEYS file here:
http://www.apache.org/dist/incubator/jena/KEYS

I appended my key to the KEYS file here:
http://people.apache.org/~castagna/merge-jena-larq-1.0.0-RC-1/KEYS

I found this:
http://www.apache.org/dev/release-publishing.html#distribution_dist

But, I don't see a jena/ directory here:
https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/release/incubator/
... so, I am not completely sure on how/when to put the KEYS file there.

Any help?

Yes, that's how it work - everyone should be doing that.

I was searching for documentation on this, but I failed to find
appropriate instruactions. I'll do the same as you.

Is it ok if I put in the dist are a new KEYS file (which has my
key appended to the existing one) now?

Replacing this:
http://www.apache.org/dist/incubator/jena/KEYS
with this:
http://people.apache.org/~castagna/merge-jena-larq-1.0.0-RC-1/KEYS

I have no idea what this is.

(OMG svn add releases into dist.apache.org???  Some projects have lots 
of files, not just us.)

or what is different from the maven release repo:
https://repository.apache.org/content/repositories/releases/
