[ANN] Pax Logging 2.3.1, 2.2.10 and 1.12.13 released

Hello

I'd like to announce new releases of Pax Logging 2.3.1 (OSGi R8, JDK 11),
Pax Logging 2.2.10 (OSGi R8, JDK 8) and Pax Logging 1.12.13 (OSGi R6, JDK
8).

There's just one upgrade - Log4j2 2.25.1, so we're back at the latest
version.

[ANN] Pax Logging 1.12.15 released (hotfix)

Hello

After yesterday releases of Pax Logging 2.3.2, 2.2.11 and 1.12.14, I'd like
to thank Monica Ron (gh/@mron7) for quickly checking that I failed at
changing shaded version of org.apache.logging.log4j.util.StackLocator in
1.12.x branch.
This class is not shaded in 2.2.x and 2.3.x, so only 1.12.14 release has
this problem.

   - Log4j2 2.25.3 (CVE-2025-68161)
   - Logback 1.5.27 (Pax Logging 2.3.x) and 1.3.16 (2.2.x and 1.12.x)
   - JULI Logging (Tomcat) 9.0.115
