[Submission] Changes to Input taglib - XHTML 1.0 compatibility and optional "prettyPrint" attribute
I've changed the Input taglib to print valid XHTML 1.0 html.
Also, the existing code formatted the html in a "pretty print"
style, which I've made optional using the new attribute "prettyPrint"
(the default is false).
Other changes were made to make the build.bat Ant 1.2 compatible,
and I corrected the URL to Joseph Ottinger's Form Taglib.
Attached is a zip that contains a text file of the diff for each file
changed.

By the way, if another committer wants to take care of it before then,
feel more than free to. I didn't want to exclude anyone; I just wanted to
make sure to acknowledge Lance's contribution.

Thanks for the submission. I've traditionally handled 'input' and will be
happy to merge the changes in, but I'm caught up in Java One this week and
so probably won't be able to get to it until next week. If I haven't
merged the changes in by then, ping me and I'll take care of it.
