   also there's how and where docs are supposed to be hosted, e.g.
   - [jax](https://github.com/google/jax) uses [read the docs](https://jax.readthedocs.io/en/latest/), [so is arrow](https://arrow.readthedocs.io/en/latest/) which is likely the easiest
   - pandas [has its own](https://pandas.pydata.org/docs/user_guide/index.html)
   - requests [has a different style](https://docs.python-requests.org/en/master/index.html) but is also hosted by read the docs
