REEF test jobs leave some temporary files/folders outside of {{lang\cs\bin}} folder which never get cleaned up. They can accumulate pretty fast. We should invest some effort into cleaning them up.

Examples (local runtime on Windows, {{user\AppData\Local\Temp}} folder):
* {{KMeansInput-*}} files generated by {{TestKMeans}}.
* {{partition-*}} folders generated in {{WriteResultHandler}}
* {{reef-tmp-tempFolder*}} folders
