[jira] [Commented] (PROTON-2916) C++ reconnect test takes a very long time
[ https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/PROTON-2916?page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:comment-tabpanel&focusedCommentId=18056982#comment-18056982 ]
Andrew Stitcher commented on PROTON-2916:
-----------------------------------------
It turns out that most of the time is taken by name lookup timeouts because the names we use are legal top level domains.
If we just change them to use the reserved .invalid domain they will fail much more quickly.
