I'm not able to reproduce this failure locally and I don't see how to  
access the test reports to see what is wrong.  Any ideas? Do others see  
this problem?

I seem to recall regular problems with TSSConfigEditorTest in setting
up the m2 build - can't remember what it was now, but I think it was
related to the JDK in use?
