JmxRemoteLifecycleListener does not work with SSL

 Hi.

I am running Tomcat 8.0.35 on Windows 7 Enterprise, SP1 and Java (build
1.8.0_91-b14). My task is to configure JMX with roles/passwords and SSL and
everything is working perfectly without JmxRemoteLifecycleListener. This
module was enabled long time ago by somebody who already left company and I
do not know if I can disable it (maybe some environments were protected by
firewalls with static JMX ports). In the Bugzilla I found bug
https://bz.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=56039, but I saw same error.
Please, help me and let me know if I have to reopen this bug or file
another one.
