Lenya Build xml

Guys, 

I will be looking into lenya build file over this weekend. Any one has any points/issues/observations that should be highlighted ?

- I think it's worth looking into the entity-resolver definition.
   Probably a relative path is sufficient, as Cocoon doesn't use
   absolute paths. The log4j question is another thing ...

- I could imagine a little FAQ that answers the major installation /
   setup questions from the list would be great.

- Browsing the cocoon-dev list etc. for a binding namespace URI scheme
   definition for Lenya is another task.

- Of course, a list of open issues is in bugzilla:
   http://nagoya.apache.org/bugzilla/buglist.cgi?product=Lenya
   Maybe you'll find something interesting?

A target "eclipse-project" as it exists in Cocoon 2.1 would be cool. It
creates the project files for the Eclipse IDE.
