with each hive release we update version from pom.xml. Let us have a basic sanity check test which should validates below 2 cases
 * {{fullVersion}} without "-SNAPSHOT" is equal to {{shortVersion}}
 * {{shortVersion}} is a prefix of {{{}fullVersion{}}}.
