- This is an evolving proposal to determine how to smoothly enable the Cocoon documentation to be built by [Apache Forrest|http://xml.apache.org/forrest/]. The outcome of this proposal will be a coherent Proposal email to the lists and subsequent Votes about certain apsects.

- We are experimenting with design-via-wiki and the [cocoon-docs|http://xml.apache.org/cocoon/mail-lists.html] mailing list. (If it does not work then we may try using CVS and mailing list instead.)
- Let us start by determining the dot-points in the "Outline" section below, to express requirements and issues. Later we can refine those.
