On above mentioned download page for "Oracle PDF Import Extension" you find the
hint:
"If you are using Apache OpenOffice 4.0, you must use another version: PDF
Import for Apache OpenOffice. - See more at:
http://extensions.services.openoffice.org/en/project/oracle-pdf-import-extension#sthash.ANwwm2IL.dpuf"

Should be:
"If you are using Apache OpenOffice 4.0 or later, you must ..."
