Hi Badri,
Please consider to send more info during asking for help. You are opening script in JMeter 5.4 but script are saved in folder which name my suggest that it is JMeter 5.5 and You don't even attach logs. It would be easier to help when you send some context:)

Mariusz

You're suffering from JMeter bug 5443
<https://github.com/apache/jmeter/issues/5443> which was fixed in JMeter
5.4.1.

As per 9 Easy Solutions for a JMeter Load Test “Out of Memory” Failure
<https://www.blazemeter.com/blog/jmeter-memory-profiling> article you
should always be using the latest version of JMeter so consider
upgrading to JMeter 5.6
<https://lists.apache.org/thread/yw1zgbnc106frjc9lc4pgnbgo5mjss41> as
JMeter 5.4.1 has Log4Shell <https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Log4Shell>
vulnerability.
