A design question about visitor pattern in Tuscany

I found that there is a Visitable interface, and almost all the classes of the composite-component model have implemented this interface. So it seems a Visitor Pattern applied. But in fact, it is just a un-finished work, the pattern is never used, no implement of Visitor interface.

Those Processors inside ModuleActivators just look like visitors, but they are not Visitor Pattern's visitors.

So, I may ask for a favor, that some one could tell me the truth.
