First patch updates pax components.
Second patch uses failsafe plugin for pax integration tests (which here mostly allows you to skip them by running mvn test, but also seems simpler to me) and provides profiles for running against felix and equinox.

There are a few other build improvements such as removing the incorrect parent pom location.
