[ANN] Code Freeze in effect on the M2 branch
Folks,
In order to facilitate the RC2 lets put a code freeze into effect.
Only extreamly important fixes should go in to the branch.

Hi, I'm still working on better distributed testing. Will not be changing
any of the client/broker code, only adding to test code. Is this ok as an
exception to the code freeze?
