When decryption fails Stax API throws unfriendly exception,
Caused by: javax.xml.stream.XMLStreamException: org.apache.wss4j.common.ext.WSSecurityException: No message with ID "SECURITY_ERROR" found in resource bundle "org/apache/xml/security/resource/xmlsecurity"
