Guacamole Capacity planning

I read that 1 core x 2GB RAM is recommended per 25 concurrent users.

What is recommended for 200 concurrent users?

a. 8 x 1 Core 2GB RAM
b. 4 x 2 Core 2GB RAM
c. 2 x 2 Core 4GB RAM
or
d. 1 x 4 Core 4GB RAM
